A few words about our Company...
We are more than a Bead Company. We are a complete source for professional jewelers and designers. We have supplied the industry everything from tumblers and molding waxes to platinum shanks for over 20 years.
This background gives us the experience to provide the BEST products for our creative Beaders.
We KNOW our Beads, our Findings, our Tools, and how to use them. We offer our products at the exact wholesale prices we charge our "Bench Men" and Jewelers.
That brings us to another subject…
"Exchanges and Returns.": We have no Return Department. We have no employees assigned to a Return Department. IF a product is defective, we will issue a credit or exchange but only with prior authorization and not because of a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with our products.
Since we sell WHOLESALE, we have to sell a lot of beads to keep our overhead low. We will charge 20% of returned merchandise for restocking without authorization.
We APPRECIATE our Customers. YOU are, after all, why we are in business. We make every effort to provide exceptional quality at satisfactory prices. Ask for pictures, and/or samples. A mutually satisfactory relationship will carry us forward into the new millennium.
Return Policies:
– No Return Accepted without Authorization.
– We Will Not Accept Returns or Credits on Pearls without Prior Authorization
– Items must be in Resale Condition.
– All claims must be made within 7 Days of Receipt of Goods.
– 20% Restocking Fee Charged for Returned Merchandise without Approval.
– $2.00 Restocking Fee Charged for All Returns on Pearls.
– No Credit will be Issued until Merchandise has been Returned and Checked In.
– No Return Accepted After 30 Days.
