• Return Policy
• We have NO Return Department. We have no employees assigned to a Return Department. IF a product is defective, we will issue a credit or exchange but only with prior authorization, and not because of a variety of reasons that have notheing to do with our products. Since we sell WHOLESALE, we have to sell a lot of beads to keep our overhead low. We will charge 20% of returned merchandise for restocking without authorization. RETURN POLICIES: -No Return Accepted without Authorization. -Items must be in Resale Condition -All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. -20% Restocking Fee Charged for Returned Merchandise without Approval. -No Credit will be issued until Merchandise has been Returned and Checked in. -No Return Accepted after 30 Days You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).
